Application engineering
Reliable rejection begins with the product.
A drop-flap reject system briefly opens a section of the conveying surface so that the identified failed product falls into a controlled container below. This creates a compact reject footprint and makes it difficult for the rejected item to remain within the good-product path.
Drop-flap systems can suit pharmaceutical cartons, blister packs, small components and stable packaged goods. The flap length, opening time, conveyor transfer and product tracking are engineered around the pack dimensions and speed so the target product is removed without affecting those immediately before or after it.

Secure containment below the production line
The receiving bin can be lockable or tamper resistant and fitted with presence, access and capacity monitoring. A confirmation sensor provides independent evidence that the product entered the reject route, while the control system supervises flap actuation and return.
Guarding and access are designed so operators can empty the bin safely without creating an uncontrolled opening into the moving conveyor. Pharmaceutical options can be aligned to a user-requirement specification and supplied with agreed documentation support.
